We offer a variety of patient-centered services to help adolescents through the end of life, whether you have difficulties with swallowing, communication, and/or cognition.
FEES (Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing)
We visualize your airway to detect if anything is getting stuck or going down the wrong way while you are eating/drinking. We offer mobile FEES (we come to your medical facility), as well as in our office.
Clinical Swallow Evaluation and Treatment
Already had an instrumental swallow study (FEES/VFSS) and want to know next steps? Don’t know if you need an instrumental swallow study?
Communication Assessment and Treatment
Whether you may have trouble pronouncing a few sounds and/or finding the right words, we can help you find the tools to express your needs.
Cognitive Assessment and Treatment
Not being able to keep track of conversations and/or remembering important information/dates can feel discouraging. Maybe you just need a little extra help getting back on your feet and working? We can help you find the right resources and treatments to lessen these frustrations and improve your quality of life.
Parkinson’s Assessment and Treatment
Parkinson’s disease can affect drooling, swallowing, voice, speech, and cognition. Aside from assessing and treating all of these areas that may be concerning to you, we are trained in the Parkinson’s Voice Project “Speak Out!” Program.
